Senior Fullstack Engineer - Java, Angular & Cloud

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer on behalf of one of our clients who wants to work in a FinTech environment that is driving forward modern investment technologies.

Our client is an established and growing FinTech company with a strong market position and around 200 employees. For over ten years, the company has been developing digital solutions for securities trading and investment services. The platform is used by a steadily growing number of investors and provides them with easy access to financial markets. The company culture combines the dynamism of a tech start-up with the stability of an established player. Teams work in an agile manner, and the average age ranges from late 20s to mid-40s. The developers bring experience from both classical software development and the FinTech sector.

Responsibilities
Your Role:

• Architecture and Development: Build and expand modern investment platforms using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Angular in an AWS cloud environment.

• Scaling and Performance: Develop robust backend systems for real-time data streams and complex transaction processing.

• DevOps and Operations: Take responsibility for the technical stability of systems, monitor processes, and automate workflows.

• Agile Team: Collaborate with internal departments, IT, marketing, and customer support to continuously improve the platform.

Qualifications
What you bring:

• Several years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs (minimum 4 years)

• Confident use of modern frontend technologies such as Angular or comparable SPA frameworks (minimum 1 year)

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and CI/CD pipelines (minimum 2 years)

• Understanding of application operations and monitoring (operational dashboards, logs, error analysis)

• Interest in financial markets, stock exchange, and trading technologies

• Fluent in German (at least C1 level) and solid English skills

• Career consistency – at least two years (preferably more) in previous positions
